I wanted to let you know about my experience buying a car with my daughter this past week. The sales associate was Greg Moroni and he was very helpful in answering our questions, getting us to a price we could live with - without the typical runaround you find in most dealerships, and offering to cover a couple of scratches on the car without my having to ask. He was not pushy, which we both very much appreciated. That was one of the main reasons we walked away from another dealer. He was very respectful to us and did not treat us like helpless 'little ladies'! We worked with Joe to finalize the deal and he too displayed the same courtesy and helpfulness. I didn't feel like I was being baited or encouraged to purchase the additional warranty. This was Kelli's first experience in buying a car and it was one that she will remember and expect from others in the future. These two represented your dealership in a way that should make you proud! Now go give them a REALLY big raise......

Your Volvo service director, Sherry, is outstanding and very knowledgeable. Please commend her for her over the top service she gave me on my V70 "problem". However, the $22 cost of headlight bulbs takes some of the fun out of dealing with her!!! (just kidding). Thank you. Joe

Pleasant Experience at McLaughlin Motors in Moline. I am just writing to comment on my experience at McLaughhlin Motors. First and foremost i enjoyed dealing with the agent, Danial Machu. He was very professional and helpful in answering all my questions. I ended up buying the 2006 CTS and am happy with it. I will definitely consider buying another Cadillac vehicle from here in the future. Tell Dan I appreciate his time and dedication while at the dealership.

I have a 2004 Volvo S60 that I purchases from you guys new. My sales experience with Rick Weber was very good. I bring my car into the Volvo service department for all oil changes, scheduled maintenance, brakes, tires and even detailing. I have been very impressed and satisfied with not only my car but the personnel in the service department. I have delt with numerous service advisers over the last four years and all have been very professionlal and curtious. I am very impressed with your dealership and speak highy of it and the Volvo brand. I will be buying another Volvo when the time comes. Thanks for your wonderful service and product.

Thank you for the great service I received from the Service Department - Randy, Chuck, Dave and Sherri. I had a nail removed and plugged in less than 15 minutes and off to my appointment....and I have a Chevy!! Chuck has been a long time McLaughlin customer and they are the best!!!!! Thanks again and be sure that Greg Swanson gets a copy of this email.... We live in Ottumwa, IA, but Chuck gets his cars from McLaughlin's, that says a lot about your dealership. Judy Wright
